Description of problem:
If a template is labelled with deprecated=true, it should have an indication or mark on these templates in the template list, so user will aware of them easily.

maybe also in the template detail? In the header near the name?

Sorry about the unclear description, the deprecated indication should based on the template's annotation, not the label.

annotations:
  "template.kubevirt.io/deprecated: "true"

Tested on OCP-v4.11.0-47, the deprecated label is not added to template if add "template.kubevirt.io/deprecated: "true" to template annotation
