Description of problem:
help message of below commands are same and help message of ceph orch upgrade status can be changed to avoid confusions

ceph orch upgrade check and ceph orch upgrade status

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a cluster and observe help message for ceph orch upgrade status


Actual results:

Expected results:
Apt help message for the command
