Description of problem:
q4wine from epel9 has missing dependencies, causing it to be uninstallable.

q4wine-1.3.13-1.el9


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install q4wine


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides wine-core needed by q4wine-1.3.13-1.el9.x86_64


Expected results:
successful installation

Since this package is not installable for some time now, the epel9 branch has been retired.

If at some point the dependencies are resolved and you would like to bring this package to epel9 again, follow the procedure to unretire the epel9 branch.
