Describe the issue: Procedure describes editing the CDI object to configure the system overhead.

Suggestions for improvement: Update the procedure with steps for editing the HCO object. HCO propagates the change to CDI.

Apologies for barging in. I had a conversation with a QE member because they found the existing documentation confusing, and wanted to expand some more.
