Description of problem:

On new host details Overview page, there is an 'Installable errata' card which shows errata you can install on the host. But many customers want to see applicable errata, and even consider this more important than installable errata.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hosts > All Hosts
2. Select a registered host
3. View the Errata overview card

Actual results:
it only shows installable errata

Expected results:
it should have the option to show applicable errata

Additional info:
this was a request from Sat 6.12 CEE enablement demo

Jeremy, do you know where the redmine for this might be? If it was fixed in 6.13 I think we can close this as CURRENTRELEASE.

It's https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/35668, attached to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2138938. Maybe one of these BZs was supposed to be a clone..?
