Pcre has been deprecated since Fedora 38.
Please consider porting to the new pcre2 version.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.

pcre is an optional dependency of cppcheck, and can be disabled unless upstream ports the code.
