Pcre has been deprecated since Fedora 38.
Please consider porting to the new pcre2 version.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.

Upstream has not ported to pcre2. It also seems to have a dependency on pcre luajit.
