GCC 13.0 release candidate is in Rawhide.
glibc 2.37 release candidate is in Rawhide (current development).
Binutils 2.39 work is complete.
gdb 12.1 work is complete.

Next steps:
- Track gcc release and update.
- Track glibc release and update (expected February 1st).
