The only issue on my side is

python3-pyftpdlib.noarch: W: no-manual-page-for-binary ftpbench

Please, could you add man pages for ftpbench? I think it would be ok to generate them with help2man.

I tested it and it's good to go. There are no differences in my rpmlint than one mentioned in #c5.
You can proceed with the next steps to unretire the package.
