Description of problem:
Is it possible to update f36 and/or f37 with meson-1.0.0 as this is a hard requirements for building rustcl with mesa git?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
current release in f36/f37

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. checkout mesa git
2. enable rustcl
3. watch build fail on meson 1.0.0 dependency for rustcl

Actual results:
dependency check on building fails

Expected results:
depending check on building succeeds with meson 1.0.0

Additional info:
This is a requirement for building mesa git with rustcl for https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/che/mesa/

I don't know of any reason why it wouldn't be possible. I've tried to be a bit careful with meson updates to avoid breaking stable Fedora releases, but I am not aware of any regressions in meson 1.0.0 compared to 0.63.3 that F37 has so I think it should be straightforward. We have had 1.0.0 in rawhide for a while now and nothing has turned up as much as I am aware of.

I'd rather leave F36 alone at this point though. I think it makes sense to avoid doing toolchain feature updates in oldest Fedora releases to avoid disruption in other packages.
