gnome-shell-extension-dash-to-dock-74-2.fc38 currently in Fedora 38/39 doesn't support GNOME 44. 

gnome-shell-extension-dash-to-dock-78-1.fc38 supports it properly (minus gjs 1.75.2, but that should be resolved gjs side and that build is still in the -testing repository).

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 38-beta by Fedora user frantisekz using the blocker tracking app because:

 Having this popular gs extension supported for beta release would be nice with zero risk for the distribution.
