Hi

Please can rubygem-public_suffix be branched and built for EPEL 8 and 9?

I checked with the current rawhide and current rubygem-public_suffix-5.0.0-2.fc39

* builds and installs in EPEL 9 mock with out modification.
* builds and installs in EPEL 8 if the tests are disabled :-)

Happy to maintain which I think is your normal preference. My FAS stevetraylen.

I'll take a closer look at the failing tests then.
