Description of problem:

Error message came up on Munin monitoring website:
 
Can't open /var/log/munin/munin-cgi-html.log (Permission denied) at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Log/Log4perl/Appender/File.pm line 151.

munin-apache-2.0.72-1.el8.noarch

How reproducible:

After upgrade munin-apache package 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade munin-apache
2. Call munin-website 


Actual results:

No website and graphs are shown

Expected results:

Working monitoring web view

Additional info:

# ls -ld /var/log/munin
drwxr-x--- 2 munin adm 4096 Mar  7 10:55 /var/log/munin

can be fixed by 

chgrp apache /var/log/munin

Only "chgrp"? Don't you also need "chmod 770 /var/log/munin"? I would assume it needs to be 770 munin:apache.

Sorry, forget my last comment. I was looking on the wrong machine ;(
I use munin-nginx-2.0.72-1.el8.noarch there and not munin-apache.
I expect to have access to the other machine tomorrow. 
Will look it up then and report again.
