Will you be able to branch and build python-dulwich in epel9?
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel9 (FAS: jcapitao).

FTR, I have to build 0.21.3 in EPEL9 because current setuptools in the buildroot (i.e 53.0.0-12.el9) does not fully support pyproject.toml [1] as in Rawhide
