Note: the repo did exist for Stream 9, but it was retired - https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/qperf/-/commit/9361eeb305da51171cc0db619e1887350d04b054 - so this package is eligible for EPEL this is the right retirement commit, sorry https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/qperf/-/commit/e6c50e89d2dcfbf84561bbcbb7c34c06b63643b4 Will you be able to branch and build qperf in epel9? The EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish to build it on epel9.
