Looking for an EPEL9 build of `qperf` to unblock CentOS Stream 9 migration. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to install `qperf` on CentOS Stream/EPEL 9 Actual Results: Package not found. Expected Results: Package installed.
Note: the repo did exist for Stream 9, but it was retired - https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/qperf/-/commit/9361eeb305da51171cc0db619e1887350d04b054 - so this package is eligible for EPEL

Will you be able to branch and build qperf in epel9? The EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish to build it on epel9.
