2 tests from Pydocstyle's test suite are failing on Python 3.12.

I've reported this to upstream: https://github.com/PyCQA/pydocstyle/issues/646.

Upstream commented that this is because Python 3.12 changed how strings are tokenized and that broke most things.

Does this mean the package is broken until above is being addressed? Or could we disable the two tests until the issue is solved and move on? It's less than 1% of tests failing. ;)
