I fixed python-databases for Python 3.12, so I checked to see what is left blocking this package:

$ fedpkg mockbuild --enablerepo=local
No matching package to install: 'python3dist(jinja2) = 3.0.3'
$ mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 --enablerepo=local --dnf-cmd -- repoquery python3-jinja2
python3-jinja2-0:3.1.2-2.fc39.noarch
python3-jinja2-0:3.1.2-4.fc39.noarch

Looks like the dependency on jinja2 pins an exact version, and Rawhide has moved past it.
