There is no xtensor package available in RHEL 9. Please branch and build xtensor in EPEL 9.

It appears that the current tip of rawhide builds and installs successfully in EPEL 9 with no changes: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=104313982

If testing and/or maintenance is a concern, please consider adding me (cottsay) as an EPEL-only co-maintainer of this package.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.

It's been another month. I'd be happy to co-maintain the EPEL branch of this package if you don't have time or interest in doing so yourself.

I'll give it a bit longer before filing this as a stalled EPEL request[1].
