There is no xtensor package available in RHEL 9. Please branch and build xtensor in EPEL 9. Reproducible: Always It appears that the current tip of rawhide builds and installs successfully in EPEL 9 with no changes: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=104313982 If testing and/or maintenance is a concern, please consider adding me (cottsay) as an EPEL-only co-maintainer of this package. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle. Changing version to 39.
