If the user decides to install on the last screen of Gnome Initial Setup on the Fedora Workstation live image, GIS terminates and then there is a 10-20 second pause without any feedback before the custom themed Firefox window with the Anaconda Web UI shows up.

It would be good to either somehow remove or mask this delay or provide some sort of feedback (possibly in GIS itself) or provide some separate "starting up" spalsh screen, to be visible until the Anaconda Web UI becomes available.

NOTE: The delay is most likely caused by the Anaconda backend initializing first and only then starting WebUI in Firefox. This delay can be most likely reduced or possibly fully eliminated, but this will require substantial architectural changes that are not applicable in the F39 timeframe.

Steps to Reproduce:
0. download and boot https://fedorapeople.org/groups/anaconda/webui/temp/Fedora-Workstation_GIS.iso or use a Live image that has already switched to GIS & Web UI
1. select language & keyboard in GIS
2. select the "Install" option
Actual Results:  
The GIS window vanishes, then nothing happens for roughtly 10-20 seconds, then the Anaconda Web UI shows up in a custom themed Firefox window.

Expected Results:  
The Anaconda Web UI shows up immediately or there is some visible feedback that the Anaconda Web UI is starting, before it eventually shows up.
