Gonna mark this as ON_QA, because as of today the package is in F39 - https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-457d9de54e - and a comps PR has been merged - https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/874 . So unless there's anything else, this should be included in the next compose.
