This is a tracking bug for Change: Improve Default Font Handling with default-fonts metapackages

This aims to make default fonts easier to update and install for all the variants on Fedora and reduce the maintenance costs for them.

Not sure if this is MODIFIED or ON_QA; the new packages are created and in the repos, and comps and workstation-ostree-config have been updated, but I don't see that "fontconfig package default font dependency to be updated" has happened. Not sure if that's actually important, but setting to MODIFIED in case; Parag, if you can check this, that'd be great.

All this Change implementation is done by Akira. Lets check with him.

I have to update the Change. we don't need to update the dependency in fontconfig. current implementation in langpacks assures the upgrading path. So it is testable and all the planned work has been done.
