Sorry about this messy report, but I have tried to use the WebUI to report the issue and it somehow did not add the log files to the report, so I copied them over ... and realized that maybe it is not clear what happened, so a little description for you to know:

In the GIS, I selected a non-english language (I could reproduce the issue with Russian, Czech, and German) and a non-english keyboard, and attempted to install to an encrypted disk. Whenever a non-ascii character is used in the Luks password, Luks chokes on that and crashes Anaconda which is this reported issue. On Russian, for example, you cannot avoid non-ascii characters at all, so you will not be able to install with disk encryption. On European languages, the workaround is to avoid non-ascii characters ... then it work all right.
