Both the custom_derive and enum_derive crates have been abandoned for 7 years (!) - I would recommend to disable tests in the enum_dispatch crate instead of packaging / unretiring them.

Oops, wrong ticket... I've disabled enum_dispatch's tests and will close this and the custom_derive tickets.
