Cause: libcephsqlite zeros short reads from RADOS incorrectly. Consequence: The sqlite database may become corrupted. Fix: libcephsqlite zeros short reads at the correct region of the buffer. Result: No corruption.

Neha, I don't know a better component than RADOS for this. I think 7.0z1 is the right target?

I will open 6.X and 5.X series BZs shortly.
