Before this update, the Leapp upgrade failed because the presence of the Virtual Data Optimizer (VDO) package caused the `checkvdo` Leapp actor to fail.

In RHOSP 17.1.4, the VDO package has been removed and Leapp upgrades now succeed.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
