Upstream switched from jsonschema-spec to jsonschema-path, so I guess we’ll have to package that.

At least the openapi packages are the only users of python-jsonschema-spec in Fedora, so we could feasibly stop maintaining it at some point.

…especially since https://github.com/p1c2u/jsonschema-spec now redirects to https://github.com/p1c2u/jsonschema-path, so I guess jsonschema-spec should be considered dead upstream.

This is now waiting for a version of openapi-core with https://github.com/python-openapi/openapi-core/pull/690; or we could backport it if we get impatient.
