Description:
a) Due to an Incorrect Conversion between Numeric Types
bug Squid is vulnerable to a Denial of Service
attack against FTP Native Relay input validation.

b) Due to an Incorrect Conversion between Numeric Types
bug Squid is vulnerable to a Denial of Service
attack against ftp:// URL validation and access control.
