Description of problem:
Orphaned RBD images are present in Ceph pool named as 'volumes'.
Offline cinder volumes were deleted from OpenStack,but their corresponding rbd images are still present on the Ceph cluster.

Actual results:
Orphaned images are not deleted from ceph pool 

Expected results:
successful deletion of the orphaned images from ceph rbd pool
