Description Laurențiu Nicola 2024-01-27 15:51:56 UTC
libdeflate is IIRC about 2-4x faster than zlib (useful for e.g. COG rasters), and Arrow is an interesting format with pretty wide support.

I believe both are already packaged for Fedora.

Reproducible: Always

Comment 3 Laurențiu Nicola 2024-01-28 07:48:22 UTC
I checked that the Arrow support works and that libgdal.so links to libdeflate.so.0, but I can't vote on Bodhi because https://id.fedoraproject.org/ is down.
