Cristian - Can you take a look at this? Thanks. I think the problem is simply oversubscription. Look at the test times in serial compared to mpi. The issue is that upstream does not set PROCESSORS property, but that can be solved patched easily. Do you know if all koji/copr builders have at least 4 cpus? Pretty sure 4 is a safe bet, but it's probably documented somewhere. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 40 development cycle. Changing version to 40. Sorry I forgot to submit any builds after https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dbcsr/pull-request/1. I am not sure if this issue is automatically closed with the recent builds submitted. @orion Can you check up on this? FEDORA-2024-6e36426f7c (dbcsr-2.6.0-5.fc40) has been submitted as an update to Fedora 40. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-6e36426f7c You want to link the bug to the update. FEDORA-2024-6e36426f7c (dbcsr-2.6.0-5.fc40) has been pushed to the Fedora 40 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report. |
