Fedora 40 and later is not affected, as it contains the patch for this issue:
  https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/unixODBC/c/7f199a018ee0ffa758415f0500c672b7cd38a43c?branch=rawhide
and was built and shipped in Bodhi:
  https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-6cd06df2a9

Only Fedora 39 and older are affected at this moment.

After careful research, I've been able to prove the CVE is not applicable to neither Fedora, nor RHEL.
