Please branch and build ccache in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain ccache in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package;
please add the epel-packagers-sig group through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ccache/addgroup
and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.

Also, according to https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/epel-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/XEEFY6OPZIMAI2F5O6OE6HYRMI4XGKXL/  EPEL 10 is not yet ready for builds as I've not seen a followup message indicating that it is ready for builds.  Did I miss something?

Thank you! We're doing initial bootstrapping at Flock, builds work but the repos aren't published yet. An official announcement is expected to follow soon.
