Note: this is filed against EPEL9 as EPEL10 is not available yet in BZ, but is available for building in koji https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/epel-10-status-update/124549/4

Please branch and build python-filelock in epel10 or give me an ack to do it myself as a member of the Python Packagers SIG.

If you do not wish to maintain python-filelock in epel10 I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS churchyard);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-filelock/adduser

Scott, you assigned this ticket. May I assume that once pytest-mock is available, it is OK for anybody to branch and build python-filelock?

Asked permission over e-mail. Building without tests for now, as there is a circular dependency on virtualenv.
