1. it has to be rebuilt with new gimp, but gimp is FTBFS atm,
2. gimp has to fix dangling gimptool symlink,
3. gutenprint has to be patched to work with gimp 3.0 - configure script checks only for gimp 2 API

I can't proceed with the fix until gimp situation is resolved, then I will look into building gutenprint gimp plugin with gimp 3 api.

The plugin uses GTK 2 related API of GIMP - it is reported here https://sourceforge.net/p/gimp-print/feature-requests/736/ , so I'll disable plugin for F41+ atm.
