The background is set in the default config for miracle, but it doesn't seem to load in the live environment. It does show up in the installed environment, though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot up Fedora Miracle live

Actual Results:  
Black background

Expected Results:  
Default Fedora background
