The background is set in the default config for miracle, but it doesn't seem to load in the live environment. It does show up in the installed environment, though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot up Fedora Miracle live

Actual Results:  
Black background

Expected Results:  
Default Fedora background

It is set in the default config through miracle-wm-config to use swaybg to load the default background: https://pagure.io/fedora-miracle/miracle-wm-config/blob/f8f59acc1494b0cc8cf6ab173ccd07082b94d34c/f/miraclewm-config/miracle-wm.yaml#_33-34
