This is the only missing dependency for rust-onefetch in EPEL9. EPEL10 would be nice in the long run as well, but investigating that needs to wait for https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2024-a7d2e38692 to reach stable. FEDORA-EPEL-2024-8655da5a23 (rust-human-panic-2.0.1-1.el9 and rust-onefetch-2.21.0-1.el9) has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 9. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2024-8655da5a23 FEDORA-EPEL-2024-8655da5a23 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 9 testing repository.
