Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

The customer upgraded the OCP and ODF to 4.14 after which the Data Resiliency is in Unknown state for RGW service even though the underlying ceph cluster is in healthy.
It was verified that the RGW service is working as expected and ceph is in healthy state.

Steps taken :
- Restarted the odf metrics and odf console pod
- Disabled/enabled the odf plugin console
- Operators were restarted
- Verified the healthy cluster health state
- Upgrade is successful
