I'll throw this to kwizart as the srt EPEL honcho. 
I could also add you well as admin so that you can do it yourself.

Sure, please do, my FAS username is xavierb.
Btw, srt is missing an explicit BuildRequire: nettle-devel which is not pulled in by dependency in EPEL 10, while it is in Rawhide.
