This error appears after attempting to apply the updates from the package manager of the Fedora 40 system under KDE. It cancels all other components to be updated under System Upgrades. Thus update won't push through.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Refresh Updates 
2.Tick System upgrade, then click Update All
3.Progress of update appears
4.Update will stop, displaying the error
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Updates installed successfully and prompt for system restart
