Doc Text:	Previously, the BlueFS did not receive requests to preallocate. This issue was fixed but it was never truncated and as a result, RocksDB files occupied +30% to +50% more space than they needed, wasting additional space. With this fix, proper truncation for BlueFS is implemented and RocksDB files only occupy the amount of space that is needed.	Story Points:	---
