Fixed In Version: ceph-18.2.1-258.el9cp
Doc Type: Bug Fix
Doc Text:
Previously, the BlueFS did not receive requests to preallocate. This issue was fixed but it was never truncated and as a result, RocksDB files occupied +30% to +50% more space than they needed, wasting additional space. With this fix, proper truncation for BlueFS is implemented and RocksDB files only occupy the amount of space that is needed.
