Could you please branch and build libvncserver for EPEL 10 ?
It is needed to build another package.

I'll take this.
I've already got it branched.
It depends on ffmpeg, so once that makes it into epel10, I'll build it.

Note: libvncserver has been build for epel10, and it is in the epel10 buildroot, so you can build off it.  But I am going to make it part of a larger bodhi update, so this hasn't been updated like bodhi usually does.  But you can go ahead and start building with it.
