Please branch and build lsp-plugins in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain lsp-plugins in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package;
please add the epel-packagers-sig group through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/lsp-plugins/addgroup
and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.

It requires jack-audio-connection-kit first in epel10.

Per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2313997#c3 this shouldn't actually be needed as we have pipewire-jack-audio-connection-kit-devel

All the missing dependencies for this are now in EPEL 10. I put up https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/lsp-plugins/pull-request/14 to resync the epel10 branch with rawhide, as otherwise it won't build because it still pulls jack-audio-connection-kit there.
