Could you please branch and build fedpkg for EPEL 10 ?
It is needed to build another package.

Once rpkg will be built for EPEL 10 (it does build without issue now), then the testsuite of fedpkg will fail on EPEL 9/10. A proposed fix for this was posted here: https://pagure.io/fedpkg/pull-request/582

Thanks Romain for suggesting the fix for testing.
The rpkg's build is in Koji and the update is waiting in Bodhi.
