Description of problem:
sasutils from EPEL 10 (currently in testing) has one or more unresolved dependencies, causing it to be uninstallable.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sasutils-0.6.1-1.el10_0


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf --enablerepo epel-testing install sasutils


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides smp_utils needed by sasutils-0.6.1-1.el10_0.noarch from epel-testing


Expected results:
successful installation
