I could branch the package and do build, but I can't commit myself to maintaining more packages (I know smp_utils hasn't changed for years). Carl, are you willing to be a co-maintainer?
Normally I would if this were a dependency of my own package. But in this instance, I was filing this bug on behalf of the sasutils maintainer (see bug 2327568). Stephane, would you be willing to be a co-maintainer of smp_utils since it is a dependency of your sasutils package? That will help you deliver sasutils in EPEL 10 and future EPEL versions.
