Description:
MkAPI is a plugin for MkDocs, designed to facilitate the generation of API
documentation for Python projects. MkAPI streamlines the documentation process
by automatically extracting docstrings and organizing them into a structured
format, making it easier for developers to maintain and share their API
documentation.

Comment 3 Michel Lind 2025-01-22 20:00:26 UTC
Package was generated with pyp2spec, simplifying the review.

- package builds and installs without errors on rawhide
- test suite is run and all unit tests pass
! latest version of the sotware is packaged
3.0.23 is out, please update when importing
- license matches upstream specification (MIT) and is acceptable for Fedora
NOTE: there's an example under BSD-2-Clause. It's not shipped, but consider declaring them either using SourceLicense (but not on EL <= 10) or using License, then overriding the license of the binary subpackage to just MIT

BSD 2-Clause License
--------------------
python-mkapi-3.0.22-build/mkapi-3.0.22/tests/examples/_styles/LICENSE

- license file is included with %license in %files
- package complies with the Python Packaging Guidelines

Package APPROVED.

Recommended post-import python-packagers-sig tasks (use `fedora-sig-onboard onboard pkgname`:

- add @python-packagers-sig with "commit" access as package co-maintainer

- track package in koschei for all built branches
